                              L'CHAIM

"L'CHAIM :" That is the toast Jewish people make meaning "To Life and Health".
I naver saw what gettting drunk and killing your liver had to do with life and health. So i decided to put a different spin on the phrase. A literal one.

It took me to reach 23 yrs of age to realize i need to start living and taking care of my health.

A friend of mine told me about these natural supplements she takes and she is in her fifties and looks younger than I do. So after my initial embarrasment wore off, I decided to look into these awesome products that make her look the way she does.

After I looked into the background of these supplements, the greatest attitude took over me and the question that popped out of my mouth was :: "why ever not??".

I did a Google search that left my head spinning. When it stopped spinning I decided "The hell with those skeptics, Its my health i am trying to improve".

So my new year resolution is: If it will improve my health and give me energy and make my life worth living: Then why ever not?

L'Chaim!

                                               INSPIRATION

i have always admired Doctors. It has nothing to do with how much money they make.
Its more of their brains. I admire and envy the fact that they were able to pass all those biology courses in college and I didn't.

But i still love hearing and reading a doctors opinion on health related matters.
I am a Dr. Oz Fanatic. It I feel something he says will improve my health i try it. After all, eating a few carraway seeds to prevent bloating: Why ever not?

So my friend showed me this video of this doctor from Canada who also supports these supplements and takes them himself.

In case you are wandering what these supplements are, They are products produced by the StemTech international company.  They primarily use  a natural growing freshwater plant known as Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) in their products. The awesome thing about these products are that they promote stem cell growth in our bodies. And one thing i do remember from college is that stem cells help our bodies heal naturally. Why ever not, right?

So here is the video that inspired me to go for it
